I am interested in establishing an e-mail connection
between Austin, Texas and some friends located in Istanbul,
Turkey.  Are there any established mail networks serving that
part of the world.  Do any of the services such as MCI mail or
CompuServ offer a path?  Any help, suggestions, ideas, info, etc
will be greatly appreciated.
