Is the connection between the List Processor <LISTSERV@vm1.nodak.edu> and
Simtel20 broken?  I request several files from Simtel20 and they all came
back with the message below.

}The file you requested could not be fetched from Simtel20.ARPA
}in 6 days.  Your request has been abandoned.  Either there is
}severe network congestion preventing the processing of your
}request, or the file is no longer available and this server's
}file directories are not full synchronized with Simtel20.ARPA.
