WANTED:  DOS 512K Parity Memory Card Manual

HELP.  I've got a 512K byte memory card from Parity Memory Company and 
have been unable to install it in my HP Vectra PC because I have no idea 
how to set the two banks of micro-switchs on the card.  If anyone has a 
manual I could borrow temporarily or could e-mail me instructions on how 
to set the switchs to install the card in my PC I would be grateful.  
Also, if someone has a telephone number and/or address of Parity Memory 
Co. I could probably obtain a manual directly from them [Hello Parity, 
are you listening?].
