What do people think about the quality of the IEEE Symposium on Parallel
and Distributed Processing versus the International Conference on Parallel
Processing ?

Which one would you submit your work to, (assuming that it is ready in time
for both) ?

My opinion is that ICPP seems to be more well known than SPDP so if you want
wider dissemination of your paper, ICPP is probably more appropriate.
