I'm sorry to bother folks with a simple problem, but I'm quite perplexed..
I have a DJ 500 that seems to want to work when IT wants to, not always when
I want it to.  I'm not sure if it's the cable or me... There are times when
I will turn it on after booting the system and it  goes thru its reset routine
and comes to life ( I do a print screen to be sure ) Then there are other
times when when nothing will wake it up.  Am using DOS 3.31 with centronics
cable on lpt1.  Also using win 3.0 - print manager says it's stalled when I
check in there. DOS tells me it's being printed or if i repeat the com, that
it's in queue....but nothing is happening :-( ....  please e-mail any hints
and i thank you in advance.
