In particular, I was interested in knowing if the cards worked correctly with NCSA Telnet and SU-PCIP. I got a few responses, and I'm happy to report that the cards seem to work well with both of these products. They should also work with the standard localtalk networking programs. I also got a report that another company (Dayna Communications, Inc.) also sells a LocalTalk card for Microchannel. I haven't got a recent price on DayStar's cards, but based on my old price list it looks like this card sells for roughly the same price (both are close to $400). The info on Dayna Communications was sent from DAYNA@cc.utah.edu. You can probably contact them for more info if you are interested. Thanks to: David Avery, Grant Jones, and Brian Pierson for their responses. Dave Lutz lutz@psych.rochester.edu Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
