Something weird happened. When I create a file or directory on the NFS disk under unix system, the uid of that user for example is 127, then the owner of the file on the VMS side is [xxxxxx,000033]. Here 033 is octal number which equals to decimal number 27. The system takes 127, strip off "1" then get 27, set the owner uic(VMS) to 27=033. But I have to set up an account for 127 as [xxxxxx,000177] on the VMS side.
