The author does have an A3000 now, but hasn't had much time for programming lately (this is from a friend that calls the author's BBS). 1) SID does not like the >24 bit address space of the A3000, to fix this, just make a little script: Run NoFastMem SID Run NoFastMem This forces SID to run in Chip RAM, and works around that problem. (If you've only got 1M of Chip RAM, this might be a problem.) 2) SeperateDirs=YES can cause random crashes, change this to SeperateDirs=NO in the s:SID.config file. 3) SID can't extract archives under 2.0, this is because it's looking for NEWCON:. This can be fixed by using NewZap to change all occurences of "NEWCON:xxxxxxx" to "CON:xxxxxxx ". You might also be able to fix this by mounting ConMan as NEWCON:, but I haven't tried that. -- Blaine Gardner @ Evans & Sutherland 580 Arapeen Drive, SLC, Utah 84108 blgardne@esunix.UUCP BIX: blaine_g {decwrl, utah-cs}!esunix!blgardne PLink: BlaineG DoD #0046 My other motorcycle is a Quadracer.
