This is WRONG, I've used Imagine to create a 40 frame animation of a walking man. The output was in ILBM 24 bit, and was converted to 40 HAM-E pictures using the conversion program supplied by Black-Belt. These was then concatenated to a normal anim file by a standard anim creation utility. Each delta created had a size of about 6 K, so to final animation file had a size of about 240 K. The resulting anim could then be displayed by a normal anim file viewer. I've seen a HAM-E animations being manipulated by AnimationStation, which is an utility written to manipulate standard anim files. The only thing you cannot do is manipulate the colors. None of the existing anim packages understand 24 bit color, so that is not strange. >Don't be fooled by crafty advertising.
