Upgrade mailing received yesterday from Gold Disk asks for $75/US ($90/Cdn) to upgrade
from V1.3 or $100/US ($120/Cdn) from V1.0, V1.1 or V1.2.

Appears to be "announced" - "released" is not so clear.  They do say "Please
allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery".  Note too they have an extra special offer of
free a disk of clip art and templates good until January 31, 1991 which just
about coincides with the back end of the 4 to 8 weeks.
