First, I haven't actually seen any objective benchmarks on 68030 NeXT vs. Amiga A3000 (UX). Second, there is no such thing as a '040 Amiga. And even if there would soon be a '040 card for Amiga it wouldn't do the job as well. The motherboards of the new NeXT is designed to take all out of the 68040. I doubt the current Amiga motherboard is designed for the 68040. Jouni
