The consensus of all eight of my respondees so far is just to add the chip to my rev 4.3 motherboard. I'm afraid (now that I look at what I asked) I phrased my query in such a way that I didn't get the *real* answer I was looking for. The question I was most interested in is: What would I gain in the way of fixes by upgrading my motherboard to a release later than 4.3? Should I get a rev 6.x board installed?
