I have used the TrumpCard on my 1000 and it works fine. The main problems
you will have to deal with is the height difference between the 1000 and 
the 500. As far as it working it started right away. Now one you need to
know is that if you don't have Kickstart in rom, you will still need to
load it from disk then "hot key it" at which point it will boot from the 
HD. (1.3 KS needed)
