Yes.  Non-developers can order a subscription to Amiga Mail by sending
a check or money order for $45 (U.S.)  to:

For orders shipped to Canada, add $2.50 to th eprice of each item.
Add $5.00 per item for orders outside of North America.  Allow 4-6
