Keywords: mac apple2 gs fst hfs prodos Message-ID: <8021@uwm.edu> Date: 3 Dec 90 17:42:28 GMT Sender: news@uwm.edu Organization: University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee Lines: 14 Problem: We have a Mac w/ a scanner at my school. I can scan a page OK and then use MacTrans to drop it in a file that SHRConvert can drop. Great! What I'd like is a FST that will sense if there is a Prodos or HFS disk in the drive, and adjust accordingly for the read. Applications would still not run, but you could use, say, the finder to copy a program to another prodos disk, and then upload it or convert it... A HFS formatting option added to the right tool would be nice too... Has it been done? I am almost positive its possible. Would anyone who is good like to try? I would, but it would take a year and probably not work! Thanks!
