The last time I checked they were willing to take a 1027 printer and $75 and give you one of their newer printers. They also did the same for broken 800xls, xes, etc. I think they even do it for disk drives. In any case, give them a call and ask about their exchange program. If they tell you that they have no idea of what you are talking about, ask to speak to someone higher up. They DID have this program, whether they still have it for the 8-bits (since they no longer manufacture them) or not, I don't know. > >Thanks for any help!
