Select the program to want to autoboot.  Select Install Application 
from the Options menu, select AUTO, and save the desktop.

Quick tip: if you want the desktop to come up in medium resolution 
without the use of STE_FIX.PRG, change the 12 to 13 in the fifth line 
of DESKTOP.INF.
