I am looking for a simple mechanism by which I can regularly 
(and hopefully without operator intervention) transfer ascii
files from a MicroVax (running VMS 5.1) to a VAX (ULTRIX 2.2).
The VMS machine is NOT networked, and I would prefer to keep
it that way. I do have modems on both machines, and if needed 
I can easily run a serial line between the two. I would 
appreciate your suggestions. Please respond directly to me.
