A copy is available from the INFO-DEC-MICRO file archives on DRYCAS.CLUB.CC.CMU.EDU in the directory INFO-DEC-MICRO.UPLOADS. Get the file PKZ110EU.EXE back to your machine, run it to extract the documentation and executables, and voila. BTW: There's a large collection of files in the uploads directory on DRYCAS. Rob Locke hasn't had a chance yet to sort them out and test them, but the group does include updates to several programs in other directories.
