I guess they want to help only Finnish customers, but at least you can call your HP again and complain loudly enough. (Telling a Swede that a Finn does something better should get things moving...:-) You could try the US address and number that was posted a few months ago. You could also sell your version A calculator and buy a new version E at the same cost from Educalc or ElekTek. (That's what I did. I didn't want to wait until January.)
