I have a problem with a st335r Seagate harddrive.

Every so often (about 1 every 3 days) the heads seem to get stuck.
I need to open the drive up, and manually rotate the little head-axel,
reboot, and it will work again.
I've tried parking the drive, but no go there.....

Can I open the drive up, and oil it? can anyone suggest anything.
