Then it will be loaded "automatically" at boot time. When you install shell (=[path]command.com), the system checks for the presence of share in the same directory. If it finds it, it loads it. When you try to install on the command line, you get the message. That's why the DOS 4.01 install package uses the command.com in the DOS directroy. At least, that's what Microsoft finally told me.
