Go back and re-read what I wrote. You have to learn a new key layout
that is no better than qwerty according to your posting. That is a 
waste of effort. The time spent hunting for keys decreases your
productivity. Until you learn the key layout the alphabetic layout
is less productive. When you finally learn the layout your productivity
only goes back up to what it would have been from the beginning with
a qwerty layout. This is not a sensible decision.
