I believe that it is, though I have had no need to do this myself. I don't have my Mac in front of me, but somewhere there is a Dialog box that lets you set the line spacing by typing a value in. It comes up default to one line if you're set to single space, or 2 lines in double space... I believe that the trick would be to set the value in inches, and not "li" as the "li" value preobably varies with font size/style, including superscripting.
