Message-ID: <26691@dartvax.Dartmouth.EDU> Date: 5 Dec 90 15:25:23 GMT Sender: news@dartvax.Dartmouth.EDU Lines: 20 I have a data dump from an environmental data collection system in Lotus 1-2-3 1A (WKS) format. The data is many parameters, one value per day, from 3/1/90 to 11/21/90. Unfortunately the dates run across the top of the spread sheet so the days run past the limit of 256 columns (256 columns comes to nov. 8 when you include a few columns of tag info). When I look at this in Lotus 123 v. 2 i see days 3/1 to 11/8. When I look at at this data in excel 2.2a the spreadsheet ends on 11/8, but seems to wrap around since most of the beginning columns are filled in with data from nov 9 to nov 21. From this I gather that the information i want is there, but I don't know how to get at it. My Question: Is it possible to get at this data somehow, perhaps by transposing the spread- sheet before I load it into either excel or 123? If you can help me, you will save me a long trip back down to get new data dumps. Thanks rich
