I doubt that he gets paid for his time on the net. Actualy his Boss(es) probably look down on him for wasting his time chatting on the net. I haven't heard much from Rich latley. Its just like upper management not to value the true worth of what Rich and Phil do here on the net. So if you like what they do (and this goes for the folks at Apple also) write a note of thanks and send it to them or the bosses.
