Subject: horoscope program

I am looking for some kind of program allowing to retrieve horoscope 
information (position of planets,...), given a birthdate (and a birthplace?).
I would be interested especially in shareware/freeware software, but also
real products would be of interest.
Any reference to possible archives or sellers would be welcome.
