You are correct that I was referring specifically to the MAC Midi interface which does work just fine. I did think, however, that any Midi interface that had the appropriate cable to connect to the NeXT serial port would work on the NeXT. I was not aware that there were any other differences in the NeXT Midi Interface. I have not tested any other interfaces.
