Our Unisys 6000/70 (Sequent S27) has been getting some correctible single-bit memory errors for the past few days. When we asked our Unisys Project Manager (on-site Unisys non-tecchie-type) how many single-bit errors are acceptable over a given period of time, his reply was "lots". I don't buy that. Anyone out there got any better ideas? Ignorant minds want to know... Pete Gregory, UNIX SA | pete@wvus.wciu.edu | World Vision USA/ISD | wciu!wvus!pete ___|___ 919 W.
