The problem was the LED vendor to Mouse Systems changed his process and didn't notify Mouse Systems of the change. The failure occurs approximately 10 days after first use, and cannot be accellerated through temperature. Mouse Systems and Sun are aware of the problem and corrective action was taken as soon as the problem was recognized.
