I would like to generate a bibliography from the footnotes.  Usually,
there are more footnote entries than there are bibliography entries,
because one may quote more than once from a single book.  I would like
to have a macro (in the footnote enviornment) which will generate a
bibliography entry when a book is mentioned in the footnote the first
time.
