Does anyone know of a PD/shareware defect tracking system for Sys V or
BSD Unix systems?  This would be something akin to a BBS which allowed
customers to, e.g., remotely login to peruse and/or log descriptions of
system problems.

I've never used this sort of thing, so any help would be greatly
appreciated.  advTHANKSance.
