I'm running ISC 386/ix version 2.0.2 and the VP/ix that came with it.  All
attempts to start up Turbo Debugger (came with Turbo C++ V1.0) have so far
resulted in the dreaded "General protection error, can't emulate instruction"
message.  This happens even with a 'bare-bones' config.sys file.

Has anyone managed to get Turbo Debugger running in this environment?   If so,
I'd be grateful for any hints.
