I have just upgraded my 386/ix from 2.0.2 to 2.2 (Workstation Developer) - including installation of the INTERACTIVE Looking Glass Desktop Manager Version 1.0 (3-disks). When I invoked: lg & I got the Visix-logo and a message about starting the license server. The Looking Glass User's Guide (pg. 29) says start the license server with: vls Entering this gave me a message on my system console and in the file /tmp/vlslog: Wed Dec 5 08:07:26 1990: vls@mre: error reading licenses - vsxloc = 3001, vsxerr = 2002, errno = 2 Page 28 of the User's Guide mentions a vls.data file in the Looking Glass data directory. A 'find' does not detect this file anywhere. What am I missing? - Marc Ertle
