	Our site recently acquired Ultrix 4.0 and while playing around,
	I came across a #ifdef that I have never seen before and was
	wondering if anybody could tell me what its use is.

	The #ifdef is:
				#ifdef __STDC__

	And can be found, most notably, in /usr/include/stdio.h
