	Does anyone know if windows plays with the timer chip and changing
how often the timer tick interrupts occur, ie more than 18.2 times a second ?

	Does windows 3.0 play with interrupt vectors 8 or 1c ?

	My network driver seems to be getting more interrupts when running
under windows 3.0 in 386 enhanced mode. Does anyone have any ideas as to
why this is happening ?
