Message-ID: <10660.275bfe96@ul.ie> Date: 4 Dec 90 19:52:53 GMT Organization: University of Limerick, Ireland Lines: 15 I earlier posted a request for information on a problem I was having with linking the MS 'C' windows library supplied with the MS SDK. I received several replies. Just in case anyone else is having a similar problem I thought I'd post the solution to my problem. I am using MS 'C' vs 5.1. This comes with two linkers. The one that is installed won't actually link the above named library. The other linker , the segmented linker I think it's called, is required. This is found on the utilities 1 disk that comes with MS 'C'. I now realise that this "problem" is mentioned in the SDK documentation but alas I'm not one to delve too deeply into documentation.... Thanks to all who replied - everything is now working ok. John O'Reilly, Email : oreillyj@ul.ie
