Having just discovered a second bug in Win 3.0,
it occurs to me that these should get reported before
3.1 is released.

Does anyone know if this can be done on-line?

Similarly, are there existing bug reports on-line? I just spent an
afternoon fighting with MDIs trying to make a work-around for a bug
(or an oversight, perhaps ;-)).
