I am currently trying to build a database front-end using XView (2.0).

I am looking for prototyping tools to aid in designing this front end
which will consist of forms for querying a database. 

Are there any public domain products that will allow me to do this.
I am currently running X11R4 (both on NCD 19s and SPARC stations)
under SunOS 4.1.
