Two failings that I and my colleagues find, however, is capturing an image from the screen for printing, and consistency of the display between X - servers. Both of these problems appear to be attributable to the bit-mapped fonts that X uses. On displays of higher density the bit-mapped fonts shrink, sometimes to nigh illegible sizes. Is there any possiblity that stroke fonts will become available under future releases of X? Is there a current solution to this dilemma? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Peter C.
