Hi!

I am using a scrolled window widget to view a much larger object/widget.
I am letting the scrolled window take care of scrolling.  Sometimes though,
my program wants to be able to move the scrolled window around via user 
interaction with various buttons.  

How can I tell the scrolled window to move around?

I have tried setting scrollbar values, but the scrolled window does not move
accordingly.

Any help would be greatley appreciated!
