It works great with my artic vision software, and was written with the blind user in mind. So I thought other users might like to hear about this great program. Listed below is the introduction from the documentation. INTRODUCTION TO PHONETALK 1.5 What is PHONETALK? PHONETALK is a program for storing and dialing telephone numbers. It does this by using the dialing feature that your modem already has. PHONETALK is written to work with speech synthesizers, so there are not the usual conflicts that arise with other programs writ ten to use the screen. If you use a speech synthesizer, I believe you will find PHONETALK to be the best and most convenient telephone book program now available. PHONETALK speaks all necessary information, without screen navigation, so the user knows exactly where he is, and what PHONETALK is doing at that moment. This is accomplished by using PHONETALK's complete and convenient set of commands. PHONETALK works with DOS versions 3.0 AND HIGHER. This program is a bargain.
