The information reported here is claimed to be current as of 3/90. The Sysop claims that Michigan Bell and apparently the other Baby Bells (Hells Bells!) are attempting to define all phone lines, including residential voice lines, as BUSINESS lines if a modem is used on them incidentally... even once!
