The following programs are available from CFC by sending the
indicated number of blank 5 1/4" discs to us in the mail.  The
discs will be mailed back to you inscribed with the appropriate
data.  For 3 1/2" discs, divide the number by two.  Only MS-DOS
(IBM) format is supported for these programs.

BIBLE TEXT DISCS - If you are calling long distance, or at speeds
less than 2400 baud, the complete KJV text is quite a bit to
download.  It is available on disc in two forms, one for use with
YSTS or SCANNER (For searching the text on floppy disc based
systems.) and an 80 column version for general use. Both are in
.ZIP format and take 6 discs.

ONLINE BIBLE - Bible search program written in Canada.  Textbase is
KJV.  Excellent, easy to use program provides rapid searches for
words or phrases.  Supports wildcard characters in searches.
Allows for generation and importing of lists of verses, allows
saving selected text for import by your word processor.  Occupies
about 3 Mb of disc space.  A topical concordance list is also
available in a format compatible with this program.  Runs on IBM
and compatibles with hard disc.  Complete documentation on disc
ready to print.

ONLINE BIBLE - VERS 3.0 - Newer release of ONLINE, requires a bit
more disc space, but includes a Greek Lexicon, ability to display
Strongs reference numbers and much more.  Also includes a fully
automated installation procedure.  Requires 10 discs.

ONLINE BIBLE - VERS 4.0 - Latest release of ONLINE, includes Greek
and Hebrew Lexicon, 186,000 NT cross reference, ability to save and
retrieve notes relating to any passage, full screen text editor,
and COPYQM, a dandy program that makes it easy to make copies of
ONLINE for your friends.  Takes 13 discs for the works.

LAPTOP NEW TESTAMENT - NT section of ONLINE without Lexicon or
cross reference, but will fit on 720K disc for laptops.  Also
useable on floppy only systems.  Takes 2 discs.

BIBLE WORD PROGRAM - Very sophisticated program written by James
Akiyama.  Supports multiple simultaneous translations via
split-screen display.  Will display Greek NT in Greek on EGA
monitor, or transliterated Greek on monochrome.  Designed for
serious Bible students and considerably more complex to run than
ONLINE BIBLE.  Available translations include the KJV, RSV, and
Greek NT.  Program may be configured to include or not include the
Apocrypha in the RSV.  The program and textbase must be registered
by sending in forms just over 6Mb, if all three translations are
included.  Supports the same kinds of text searches as ONLINE, and
has facilities for importing and exporting text and verse lists.
Searches are brisk, but not fast.  Needs at least 512K of RAM
available to program!  Takes  as noted above.
