His address is Dr. John Davies, Chronic Disease Epidemiology, LCDC, Health and Welfare, Tunney's Pasture, Ottawa, Canada, K1A 0L2. He has promised to send a copy of their special issue of a regularly published newsletter on epidemiology which will cover this topic. If you decide to look into this subject further, be very careful to acvoid doctors who say this problme is "allergy" and that all the varous sensitivities people experience are immune-system mediated. They are not, and claims by some doctors that they are have produced a strong backlash in the medical community, particularly by one Abba Terr, an american doctor whose extreme-to-the-point-of-ridiculous backlash has turned a lot of people off the whole issue. There are tests used in Britain that used to be approved in the U.S. which have been questioned on the basis of faulty theory used to explain them. In fact the tests are helpful, even though the theory explaining them is highly suspect. -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!163!113!Chris.Brown Internet: Chris.Brown@f113.n163.z1.fidonet.org Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
