[This is from the Blink Talk Conference]

Bob Watson is still with the Minnesota service.  The 612 number is good, 
but not the 800 number.  The ARRS Tape Exchange is no more.  They have 
lost their funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and prior 
to that the ARRS board had voted for someone else to run it anyway, 
however, it never moved from M Minnesota as there were no funds.
