There are a few foundations that support blind projects, such as the ReaersDigest Fund for the Blind, etc. There are also a number of computer systems around the country that have NLS holdings in them. NLS itself has developed a PC version, most libraries use an automation system by a company called DRA, the Libraries in New Jersey-Philadelphia-and-Pittsburgh have developed their own system, and the Suburban Audio-Visual System in Chicago also maintains its own system. Whether any of these systems could offer Modem access, I don't know... David Andrews ...
