India Cafe on University between M.L.King & Grant) Add an equal amount of yoghurt. Take the chicken drumsticks & thighs, & make gashes in them so that the marinade soaks in well. Marinate for 12-24 hours in fridge. Much more tasty to use a barbecue than the oven. Cook slowly, for 15-20 minutes. Shaheen.
