Lines: 16 Hello, Does anyone happen to know what is a black disk that is inside a PC switching power supply. The part has codes UEI and SP010 , I guess that UEI is a manufacturer code and SP010 ( or SPO1O ) is the part code. All energy that goes into the power supply goes through that disk, I think it is a PTC and it has something to do with overload protection. I would appreciate all information about this one, especially operating values and possible replacement parts would be nice. -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- : Money isn't everything, : Sami Kiiskil{ ( The { means 'ae' ) : Nothing : : . . . there is also : e-mail : sk73171@tut.fi : is : : H i g h - T e c h ! ! : phone : 931-180690 or 934-427503 : impossible. : ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by Super Global Mega Corp .com
