I am looking for a library (or some kind person) who has a copy
of a German Electrical Engineering periodical "Arch. Elek. Ubertragung".

The particular article is in Vol. 37, pp 108-112, 1983.

It is titled "Arguments and an accurate model for the power-current 
		formulation of microstrip characteristic impedance"
		--by R.H. Jansen and M.Kirschning.

I checked the Library Of Congress but they stopped getting the publication
in 1979.


Any help would be much appreciated.
